File privacy
BeresPDF is designed to process temporary files only. Files are not published as open URLs, no account is required, and temporary files are deleted quickly from the server.

No. BeresPDF is designed to work without login so the process stays fast and simple.
How long are files stored on the server?
Temporary files are automatically deleted about 3 minutes after processing is completed or failed. Users can also delete files earlier.
Are my files read by AI?
No. This tool does not use OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or paid AI APIs. Processing uses open-source or self-hosted engines.
